Diamond Warranty - Diamond finds ways not to pay
I recently had work done to my car and Diamond said they have no records of the 10 calls placed to them about my air conditioner.They said they would authorize the work So I get it done and they say no one ever called them for a authorization #.
When in fact I called and the mechanic called. They are liars and cheats and it's not right that I paid for a service that does not want to pay for a covered part.I was waiting for my check only to find out that they say no one called it in.
The mechanic faxed paper after paper to them and had to wait on hold at times for up to 15 minutes.This guy is a small shop and does not have a secretary.
