stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Aoa Sir! I hope to find you are doing well. My issue is related to Diamond Foam as i have purchased Diamond foam from Mr. Sadiq &;;;;;;;;; Sons Foam Centre Rawalpindi on 16.11.2016 with 10 years warranty. Now after passing 4 years the foam condition is very bad and the whole foam is deteriorated and worse condition. No one can easily sleep on it. Rather, sleeping on it begins pain in waist. So, i want to claim my warranty and exchane with new one. IT'S humble request to kindly consider it on priority basis... With beat regards.. Thank you and with best regard

Purchased this warranty in November for my 2010 Nissan Rogue, 5 months later my car stopped shifting properly, Brought it to the shop, told my valve body needed to be replaced. I was told it was "covered" but told they would only cover a certain amount. Well her I am 5 WEEKS later, still don't have my car back, now told my transmission is shot. I have paid out of pocket over $1000 in rental and Lyft fees and now the dealer tells me I owe out of pocket $3000 for the repairs because Diamond wont cover anything else. Although when you talk to Diamond it is covered??? RIPOFFR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! to

  • Lies
  • Run around
  • Not paying claims

Preferred solution: My Covered services COVERED!!! I should not be paying $3000 out of pocket!! On top of the $1000 I have already paid in rental fees and Lyft rides. This is SO WRONG!!!

User's recommendation: Dont waste your money, they dont cover Anything even when they say they do.

Bad Faith

Never buy from a dealership that uses this company. They are likely as shady as the Warranty company itself. ALWAYS ASK What is left for coverage on your policy. Bought the top coverage, had a previous repair done. My car now needs needs additional repairs for parts that are covered but they will not cover the entire repair. This company forced my mechanic to take the car apart to complete an inspection telling the mechanic that if the engine has to be replaced it would be a covered repair although never telling myself or the mechanic that I only had $400 left of coverage on my policy. They basically took all options away from the consumer. Now my car is in a million peices at the shop because Diamond Warranty told them to do so and I will now have to pay for that teardown time plus the cost of repairing the car where if I was made aware of the remaining limits I would have made the decision to only repair the car and not have it taken apart. So now I have a useless policy and no car!

Covered part, but makes it impossible to use warranty

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Our journey first started when we bought the car and requested paperwork that showed what our warranty covered and the exclusions. We never received anything. Fast forward a year, and our transmission starts slipping. We have a Volvo, and it has an internal system transmission, so it's a little different to check ours for trouble. We take it to a shop. He says they can't drain our fluid to look for metal shavings, but the fluid smells burnt which is a clear sign the trans has went bad. We think we are good, just waiting. A week goes by, finally from following up on our own, we find out they are denying the claim because they want the whole trans out, find metal flakes, and allow their inspector to come look at it as well. So, we do as they ask, and even take it to the shop they suggested. At this point, I feel I should point out who has been talking at this point. First, we were talking to Brian, who we are told is a sales manager, and then given to Brie who is the claims manager. Brie did explain in detail what would be covered, how much, etc. if we take it to the other shop and have done what they what done. So, we got the car that day and take it to a trans shop of their recommending. The shop does what needs to be done, he can confirm our trans is shot, etc. So, we wait a week for their inspector to show up so he can make the same conclusion hopefully. Now, we were told by Brie inspectors come out 24-48 hours after the trans is pulled. Not our luck, but so be it. We want it fixed so we have to wait. Now, we have waited almost 3 weeks, the inspector report is in, and our trans is approved. Now, the mechanic says it needs to be rebuilt, but guess what, Diamond only covers the cost of a "good, used" transmission. Are you kidding me? A good, used one? Not what's best for the car or anything, just what's best on their wallet. So, even with what they will pay, we still owe almost 1100 to the shop (they only pay up to $75 hour labor, good luck getting trans work for that hourly rate). We agree and say order the transmission. Now, here we are, no car still, almost 3 weeks later, and now we get told Diamond only finds the trans, our shop has to actually order it and pay for it, then get reimbursed. Least to say, we never heard that stipulation before, nor had the shop. So, now we are stuck with our car in pieces, due to no fault of our own, and we can't do anything about it. The shop refuses to order/pay for a transmission they don't even want to use. We don't have the money to pay out for it and then order it ourselves. This is insane. Stay far away from this warranty if at all possible. It has created way more headaches than it saved. Oh yeah, and did I mention they cancelled our warranty the first month after we bought the car? Supposedly someone typed the name wrong, but yet they lookup warranties by the last 6 of the VIN, not by your name, so you tell me how much truth was in that explanation? And it took several months to fix that problem.

Won't Pay Claim - FRAUD

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I originally purchased my vehicle a little over a year ago with a warranty from Diamond Warranty. Within approximately the first month the timing belt in my engine broke. They would not allow my mechanic to fix it and insisted on replacing the engine. They provided the engine to my mechanic and it was replaced. About a month ago now, that engine stopped working. It took them more than 3 weeks to get back with my mechanic, then they asked for oil change receipts. I provided them with the oil change receipts and they told my mechanic to proceed and pull the engine. After he puts his labor into pulling the engine and taking it apart, they tell him they are denying the claim. It took them nearly a month to make this decision and after telling my mechanic to proceed with replacing the engine. They provided my mechanic with a faulty engine and now won't pay to have it replaced. Their reason, they replaced it a year ago, and they did with an obviously faulty engine. I have been driving for over 25 years and have never blown an engine. The company is FRAUDLENT and does not honor their warranties! DO NOT PURCHASE A DIAMOND WARRANTY!

Total scam

They tried to sell me a warranty on my 2016 bmw with 20k miles. They said that bmw warranty does not cover everything. They lied about it multiple times, tried to sign me up to a $2500 warranty. I refused and told them they are a scam. Now I get 3-5 calls a day from local numbers that turn out to be the warranty center. They always hang up when I try to talk to a person to complain. I spoke with the initial caller, then the manager. Both insisted I needed a warranty. I assume they convince naive people (like my grandparents) to get a warranty that they dont need. They are pushy and rude. The fact they call me every day should be harassment and illegal, but I cant pursue it because they are in another state.

Resolved: 3 weeks no car..still waiting

Updated by user Mar 21, 2018

UPDATE** After posting this review I was contacted by the Claims Manager for Diamond, whose name is Brian. After discussing the entire situation with him, he was able to resolve all of my issues.

I will now be 100% reimbursed for my rental (through the supplier, not Diamond) and the out of pocket expenses I was initially quoted for, were covered by my warranty. The only expense I actually paid was the sales tax. After 23 very stressful days and many miscommunications, I am happy to say that I have my Diamond Warranty. They really have taken care of my twice throughout my warranty with them and I am glad that I have purchased through them.

HUGE thank you to Brian for helping me out! :)

Original review Mar 19, 2018
I purchased my 2009 Audi A4 in 2015. It had 81k miles on it when I purchased it. Coming from a family of mechanics, and being kind of a car junkie myself, I knew that if I didn't get a warranty I would be paying hefty amounts of money when the time came to replace the water pump. (This was my second Audi and I knew it would need to be done around 100k miles). So I purchased the 40,000 mile/3 year warranty that would cover the water pump and various other repairs if necessary. When I had my water pump replaced I was told that I would need a new turbo soon because the one I had was old and worn down and not functioning properly. I brought my car to the shop a month ago, to be told that the warranty company refused to put a brand new part into my car. Seemed strange to me so I contacted the company and they informed me that in the fine print of my contract it states that it is up to the discretion of the company what kind of replacement part they put into your vehicle. Fine whatever. They told me they would put a 12000 mile/12 month warranty on the used part they wanted to put into my car, great. Thought that was a nice touch. Then turns out they don't want to pay more than $1,000 for the whole job...mind you I paid $3,500 for this warranty and only had one prior repair. And a brand new turbo for my car cost $1,500. So after parts and labor I am still looking at out of pocket expenses. After 11 days without my car I call the company extremely frustrated and overall stressed at the situation in which case Brie tells me that if I can get to an Enterprise they will use their company card to put me in a rental until I get my car back. Turns out they actually only reimburse you for $30/day for up to 5 days. I am under 25 so I automatically have to pay an extra $15/day right off the rip. I got a car for 3 days and it cost me $251.70. And all I will be reimbursed for is $90...on top of having to pay almost $400 out of pocket for the parts and labor to have my turbo replaced. The supplier this company uses is a bunch of *** that can't handle a simple shipment. Took almost 2 weeks to have a part sent out, after Diamond sent a broken part the first time around. So here I am 21 days later, no car, out $140 on a rental, and out $400 on repairs. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. Not unless you wanna get dragged around and be without a car for weeks at a time when you need a repair.
